For the last four to five years these machines have been developed with Indian partners and farmers, on Indian farms. Not designed abroad and shipped here, and not a European line with the labels changed. The people who told us what to fix were the people running the sheds.
An Indian egg has a thinner shell than the eggs most imported lines were built around. A machine that handles a European egg without a mark can still crack ours. So every transfer, every drop and every turn on our lines is built gentler, because that is the egg we actually grade.
We do not cut the engineering to reach a price. Load cells, drives, food-grade contact parts and stainless where stainless belongs. What we save is what a European maker cannot: the machine is designed and built here, so you are not paying to import a factory.
We make our own parts. A worn roller or a broken change part is something we can make again, from the drawing or from your old one. A machine here does not die because a supplier abroad stopped answering.
