This website is operated by Hybrid Agrobots Pvt. Ltd. (Mohali, India), which acts as the data controller for information submitted through it, together with Hybrid Agrobots (NZ) Limited(Auckland, New Zealand) for enquiries relating to New Zealand, Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry or quote request through this website, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. If you agree to it, we also use Google Analytics to see which pages were read, roughly where in the world the reader was, and how they arrived. That is not used to identify you.
How We Use It
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your request, preparing quotations, answering technical questions, and following up on grading machine requirements. Analytics data is used to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Enquiries submitted through our forms are stored in BoldReach, a customer relationship management system operated within the Indivar group of companies (of which Hybrid Agrobots is a member), where they are accessible only to our sales and service team for the purposes described above.
Data Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage our business relationship with you, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your enquiry data at any time using the contact details below.
