About the Dry Brush Egg Cleaning Machine.
Most farm eggs are dusty rather than dirty: loose dust, litter, feather and dry debris. For those, dry brushing is the better answer than washing. Food-grade soft nylon rotating brushes clean the shell with 360° contact, and the debris falls to a removable collection tray under the brush bed.
There is no water at all, so there is nothing to heat, no effluent to dispose of and no drying time in the line. For a farm without a drain or a water budget, it is often the only workable option. The cuticle stays completely intact, so eggs keep their natural shelf life without needing an oil coating afterwards.
The HEBC-1L cleans a single lane at 6,000 eggs an hour; the HEBC-6L runs six lanes for high-volume lines. Both use a geared motor with VFD speed control and an SS-304 frame with an IP55 panel.
What dry brushing will not do
Dry brushing removes loose, dry contamination only. It will not remove droppings, dried albumen or staining. If your eggs arrive genuinely soiled, you need a washer, and we will tell you so.
