About the Complete Egg Processing Line.

Every machine we build is a self-contained module on its own frame with a standard conveyor interface. You can start with two or three machines and add to the line later without rebuilding it, and any module can be taken out for maintenance while the line keeps running.

A complete line runs in this order: loading, cleaning (dry brushing or wet washing, never both), drying, candling, grading, UV-C sanitisation, printing, oil coating, and packing. Not every farm needs every stage. A wholesale farm selling in 30-egg trays may need only loading, cleaning, grading and packing.

Three typical lines

A wholesale farm that grades and packs 30-egg trays: a manual egg loader, a single-lane dry brush cleaner, the 3-lane candling and grading unit with 5 grades, and a collection table. That gives documented ±1 gram grading and a real inspection stage, with no water, no effluent and no packing machine.

A supplier selling washed, oiled and graded eggs: a manual loader, a 2-lane washer and dryer, oil spray coating, the candling and grading unit, and an automatic farm packer. Washing plus oiling means the eggs travel further and hold longer.

A retail or D2C brand: a double-head automatic loader, a 2-lane washer and dryer, multi-lane UV-C sanitisation, 2-lane AI candling and sorting, an inline printer, oil coating, an automatic farm packer and a repacker into 10-egg cartons. Every egg is inspected by camera, sanitised, coded and packed into a branded carton.

A farm can start with the first line and reach the third over time without replacing anything it already bought.

The figures we stand behind

Weight grading accuracy of ±1 gram per egg, grade separation accuracy of not less than 99%, AI candling and grading at not less than 95% correct classification, and overall breakage across the line of not more than 1.7%, measured end to end on sound eggs at infeed. Palletising, shrink wrapping, cold storage and dispatch handling are outside our scope.

// Questions

Before you enquire.

What does the Complete Egg Processing Line do?

Modular egg processing lines from loading to packing: clean, candle, grade, sanitise, print, oil and pack. Start with two machines, add more later.

What is the Complete Egg Processing Line made from?

Self-contained modules, each on its own frame. Where the line is washed down or an auditor will look at it, say so when you enquire and we will confirm the right specification.

Can the Complete Egg Processing Line be customised for our products?

Yes. Grading parameters can be configured for different varieties, sizes and market requirements, and the machine can be built to fit the room you already have. Tell us the product, the throughput you need and the space available.

What is the lead time for the Complete Egg Processing Line?

Typically 10 to 14 weeks from order. Simple machines take 8 to 10 weeks and large lines 12 to 16 weeks. You get a dated project timeline at the quotation stage.

Do you install and commission the machine?

Yes. Our engineers travel to your site, install the machine, connect it to your existing line, calibrate it, test it and train your operators. Installation is quoted separately from the machine.

What after-sales support is included?

Every machine carries a 12-month warranty from commissioning against manufacturing defects. After that: spare parts, technical support by phone and WhatsApp, on-site repair, and an Annual Maintenance Contract covering up to 6 visits a year, 2 planned and up to 4 breakdown calls.
