About the Egg Collection System.
Gathering eggs by hand from a modern layer or breeder shed is slow, and every extra touch is a chance for a crack. Our Egg Collection System automates that first stage: it moves eggs from the cage rows out to a central collection point continuously, gently, and with an accurate count, so your team spends its time grading and packing instead of walking the aisles.
Eggs roll from each cage tier onto the collection belts and are carried to a cross conveyor, then lifted by an ST elevator to the transfer height your shed needs, 2.10 m for an overhead run or 0.80 m for a manual take-off. Dosing wheels meter the eggs onto the elevator in a controlled flow so they never pile up or knock together, which keeps the breakage rate under 1% in normal running.
The line counts as it collects, per house, per tier, or per row, giving you production figures you can manage against: which flocks are laying well, where output is slipping, and when a row needs attention. For breeder operations that same count feeds straight into hatchery planning.
Built for the shed
Every egg-contact part is food-grade and the structure is galvanised steel, chosen for the humidity and regular wash-downs of a working poultry house. The collection line connects directly to our candling, washing, weight-grading and packing machines, so a single unbroken flow runs from the cage right through to the finished tray. Transfer heights and layouts are configured to your building, whether you run a single house or a multi-shed site.
