About the Automatic Egg Weighing & Grading Machine.
Our Automatic Egg Weighing & Grading Machine uses electronic load cells to weigh individual eggs with high accuracy, sorting them into weight-based grades. Available in three models, HEG 10, HEG 30, and HEG 40, to match your farm's capacity from 10,000 to 40,000 eggs per hour.
The system includes a 30-egg tray feeding conveyor with manual or pneumatic egg lifter, single or multi-lane roller infeed conveyor, automatic or manual candling section for 360-degree inspection of hairline cracks and dirt, electronic weight grader, interconnecting rod conveyors, and collection tables. All controlled by a Delta/Fuji Automation HMI, PLC, and VFD system for precise operation.
Eggs are graded into 3+1 or 4+1 weight categories (e.g., 45-50g, 50-55g, 55-60g, above 60g) with a dedicated defect grade for cracked or dirty eggs detected during candling. Optional add-ons include washing/drying units, UV sanitization, oil spray, printing, and automated packing machines.
